Terms and Condition of Purchase

Every customer of NUZ Naturalbeauty.my are required to understand the terms and condition of the purchase before the payment is made. After the product selection, customers must agree to fill the order form and make payment according the payment gateway as selected by the purchaser. Failure of payment will be considered as cancelled order.


We only accept online payments through a payment network serving as: –

Maybank2u / CiMb Clicks / Credit Card / FPX



NUZnaturalbeauty.my require 2-3 working days to process customer’s orders after receiving confirmation and payment confirmation.

If a customer makes a booking on the weekend, Monday is counted as the first day of processing.


Products / Goods

In the event case of absence of stock after payment is made, then the customer have several options.

  1. The customer will be notified on the date of availability of the product
  2. Product exchange subject to customer approval
  3. NUZ Naturalbeauty.my will return the money paid after the approval of the customer.( all will be notified by email)
